    Registration Form

    Dates: Monday - Friday on days when school is in session.

    Time:  Before School Care    6:00  -  7:45 (K-8) / 8:15 (PK) AM
               After School Care       2:45  -  6:00 PM

    Location:  In the "Green Room" (Far North room on the left)

    Fees:     Annual Registration Fee                                           None
                       AM Care:           
                            Child dropped off before 6:45                         $6.50 per morning
                            Child dropped off after 6:45                            $4.50 per morning

                      PM Care:
                            Child picked up before 4:00 PM                      $4.50 per afternoon
                            Child picked up between 4 - 5:00 PM             $5.50 per afternoon
                            Child picked up between 5 - 6:00 PM             $6.50 per afternoon

    Late Fee:         $5.00 for every 10 minutes after 6:00 PM

    Early Dismissal / Late Start:   In the event that school needs to start later than usual, or needs to dismiss earlier than usual, Extended
                                                  care will be available at a rate of $3.00 per hour.

    Family Discount:  Additional children in a family are given a 25% reduction in fees.
